Two hunters will enjoy Monte’s hospitality at Roberts Ranch while hunting free range whitetails along the Red
River. High stands, low stands, maybe a little free standing, it all about tactics with Whitetails. Only mature
bucks with 8 points or more with rough score above 130 may be taken.
Arrive on the evening before the first day of hunting, hunt three days; depart the evening of the third day.
Meals can be obtained in Fredrick OK or Vernon Texas (20 min drive time).
The ranch has camper slots with water, electric and dump station or you can stay in the 5 room bunk house. A
bow range is available to ensure accuracy before your
hunt.
Roberts Ranch Outfitters is a homestead ranch
located on the Red River near Davidson Oklahoma
and Vernon Texas. This ranch features wild ranging
river bottom Whitetail deer with natural bucks
ranging to above a 180 rough score. This ranch is an
ideal opportunity for stand hunting whitetails in an
outstanding habitat. This is a great hunt to use rattle
and grunt techniques to bring big bucks up from the
brushy bottoms.
