A slate of candidates nominated by the current Board of Directors for open positions on the board will be presented at the meeting. Additional nominations may be made from the floor. Each Director and Officer elected at this member’s meeting shall take office on 01 April 2013.
General qualifications of Directors and Officers: A chapter member in good standing shall be eligible for election if they shall have attained Twenty-One (21) years of age by the date of taking office and he has never been convicted of nor pled guilty to any felony violation of a U.S. jurisdiction.
